8 Products that Save You Time and Money

Are you a low maintenance kind of girl that doesn't have the time or want to spend an hour in the bathroom with a million products laid out just to get ready in the morning? Are you just too tired at night to stand in front of the mirror for a long period of time just to get ready for bed? No worries because I've got your back!

There are several products available that I like to call "multitaskers." These little wonders help you skip steps in your skincare and makeup regimen by accomplishing several different things all at once. Do I have you interested yet?

Here are some of my must have products (beware as some may surprise you!) that help you keep things short and sweet.

1. BB Creams - These wonderful products not only cover your skincare needs by moisturizing, treating your skin concerns, and providing you with sunscreen - They also double as a foundation. Imagine a world where you just have to wash your face and then jump straight into putting on a foundation (and if you do this already without at least putting on a moisturizer, shame on you). What a stress free world that would be!

2. Brown Eyeliner - Not only does this work to line your lids, you can also double this product as a brow pencil by using short strokes to fill in your brows. After doing that, use a brow brush to soften the pencil strokes. This just helps to make your brows look more natural. You can also use this as an eyeshadow in a pinch by applying the color where you would like it to go and then smudging with your finger to soften the edges and blend.

3. Caffeine Eye Cream - When placed on the skin, caffeine helps to smooth fine lines and wrinkles by plumping up the skin and increasing blood circulation. This also helps to alleviate and brighten dark circles. After applying this to your under eye area, you can take this a little further south and apply to the outer edges of your lips. This will help to plump any fines lines and wrinkles around your lips that cause your lip stick to feather (bleeding into the fine lines and wrinkles around your lips). Combine this with a lip primer and I will be your hero. You can thank me later!

4. Petroleum Jelly aka Vaseline - Not only can you use this to moisturize extremely dry skin on any part of your body, you can also use this to take off makeup. This is a safe and gentle way to remove your eye makeup at the end of a long day that will also double as a treatment for fine lines and wrinkles. Not bad for a very inexpensive little item!

5. Hair Conditioner - Not only is this a great way to keep your hair moisturized (and YES, you should use this on your hair daily), you can also double this as a shaving cream. I typically apply this to my legs and let it sit before I start shaving so that my skin can soak up all of the added moisturizing benefits from my conditioner. There is nothing worse than dry, ashy legs!

6. Hair spray - On top of taming your fly away hairs, you can also spritz a little onto a toothbrush and brush through your brows. This helps to keep those bad boys exactly where they should be and saves you from having to spend the extra cash on a brow gel! On a side note, hairspray will also help to eliminate static cling in your clothing. Lotion helps too!

7. Dry Oil Spray - Do you have dry hair and skin? Try picking up a dry oil spray. This product has several uses such as a shine enhancer for your hair, frizzy hair tamer, moisturizer for your face and body, and a leave in conditioner that can be applied to damp hair. You can also spray this on your legs and arms for a shimmery red carpet look!

8. Makeup removing wipes with added skincare benefits - Keep these by your bed at night for a quick fix for when you are just too tired to move. It's okay. We all have those moments! Some of my favorites are a newly discovered product for me courtesy of Target (aka Heaven on earth! Seriously could spend hours in there.) They are called No7 Quick Thinking 4-in-1 wipes. These wipes remove all of your makeup and are infused with pro-vitamin B5 for antioxidant protection and to moisturize while witch hazel and fennel clean out your pores and help to firm your skin. Sensitive formula baby wipes are good for this also. They just don't have the added skincare benefit.

Thank you guys for reading! As always, feel free to comment with any questions or concerns.

XOXO - Megan
